In the highlands of Campo de Montiel, during the timid December sunrises, the first frosts make themselves felt. They are the signal for a crucial moment in our vines’ life cycle: the pruning. This task is carried out with the greatest care and attention and is perhaps one of the most intimate moments shared between man and vines

The pruning process contains something magical for the vine-grower: it is a time when he enters into deep conversation with each one of his vine plants. He painstakingly observes them to find out exactly what they require in order to embark on their new cycle.

The grapes it´s is the beginning of everything and a preparation for the fruit to grow well and eventually offer us the optimal expression of its terroir.
