In the production processes at Pago Guijoso not one single ingredient of animal origin is used. Nor fish gelatine or egg whites. These two latter ingredients may be used for what is known as the fining of the wine, which is a clarification stage before the wine is bottled.

However, neither of these ingredients are used for our wines, which are therefore certified as organic and vegan.
